Using the site.
To make, a vote, order or upload a video, and make a payment you must register as a user and be logged in. When you register you will be asked to input a billing address, you can then tick to make this your delivery address as well, or you can input a different delivery address. But without a billing address in your user address book, you will not be able to go past checkout to make a payment.
Submitting an entry;
File size per video entry must be no more than 20mb.
Video entries must be in one of the following formats; avi. /mpeg. /mpg. /.mp4
You may need to convert your video footage using converting software to make sure it is the right size, and format, if you need help or advice with this please email us at info@positivepeoplepresent.com
Please be patient while waiting for your entry to upload to our server, this can sometimes take 5 minutes depending on your computer speed. When it is complete you will see the message, `upload succesful`
Once you have made payment for your entry on paypal, you must click to `return to merchant` or `return to positive people site` . This makes sure your entry fee is updated on our system. If you do not return to our site, the payment will not register against your entry, and your entry will therefore not be taken into consideration.
Voting;
Once you have made a vote, and paid via paypal, you must click to `return to merchant` or `return to positive people site` . This makes sure your vote is updated on our system. If you do not return to our site, the vote will not be registered.
