To Enter

To upload a video entry for either of the future projects, please follow the simple steps below.

1. `Register` or `Log in` by clicking at the left hand side of the screen.

2. Once logged in go to your user menu, click `Candidates`,  This will take you to your candidates list.

3.Next, click on the paper icon with the green plus sign to `add new record`

4.Now fill in your details using the entry form, make sure you select the correct project type and give us all the information we need. Now you will see the entry on your candidates list. 

5.To upload your 6 minute video, now click on the image icon at the right of the entry, `View Media`

6. You will be given an option to upload the video by browsing the files on your computer to find your video entry file and then upload.  Your entry can be in one of the following formats; avi. /mpeg. /mpg. /mp4, and a maximum file size per entry of 20mb.  Please be patient while your video uploads to our server, this can sometimes take a little while, once complete you will see a message which says `upload successful`.  If you are having problems uploading your video, you may need to use video converting software to ensure correct file size and format, if you need help with this, please email us at info@positivepeoplepresent.com

7.Once your video has been uploaded return to `candidates list` and click `pay now` next to your entry. You will be taken to a secure paypal payment page. Once you have made payment, you must click to `return to merchant` or `return to positive people present..site` so that your payment is registered to your entry.

8. On returning to the site, your entry will show, as `paid` and you will receive an email from paypal confirming that your payment has been accepted, with a payment reference for the transaction. Keep a copy of this as it confirms your entry to the project.

If you have any difficulties uploading your video, make the payment by clicking `pay now` and you can send us the entry as an attached file in an email to info@positivepeoplepresent.com. 

Or you can send your entry by post to the address below and send a cheque for payment; If entering by post please ensure you send your contact details, including email address, label the video entry clearly with these details and send a short description about yourself and your entry, including which project the entry is for, and specifically the cost and details of how you will use the financial help.  Please make cheques payable to Positive People Presesnt Ltd.. and send to the address below;
