When the winner is no longer studying at the time of announcement, a cash payment equivalent to;fees paid, (up to 2 years) will be made to the winner providing they were studying at the time of application. Upon providing paid invoices for the fees.
If the winner still has 2 years fees to pay at the time of announcement, the fees will be paid directly to the instituition.
