Rent Free for a Year

The winner of Rent Free for aYear will be the candidates with the most votes at 5pm 31/12/08. The winner will receive a home rent free for a year and full support for the year.  If the winner is housed at the time of announcement, the winner will still receive the prize.  In the event of a tie, the deadline will be extended.  Positive People Present...reserve the right to change the deadline date at any time.  Positive People Present...also reserve the right to change the prize amount and details.  If less than 40,000 votes are recieved by 31/12/08.  Every effort will be made to find the named winner, including a nationwide search in conjunction with the media, in the event that current contact details held are no longer valid at the time of announcement.  However the named winner must be found and accept the prize within 8 months of announcement, after 8 months the prize will be passed to the runner up accordingly.

Rent Free for a Year -Prize Draw

The winner of the £3000 Voters prize draw will be announced on this site at 5.30 on 31/12/08.  The draw will be made by an independent adjudicator using a random electronic drawing system from all votes made on this project.  The winner will receive written notification within 28 days of announcement, and will need to return the claim form, and will receive payment within 28 days of the claim form being received.  Positive People Present... may require the winner to attend a award presentation, and reserve the right to publish photographs of the winner, on this site and other promotional material.  Positive People Present reserve the right to change the deadlines at any time.  Positive People Present ...also reserve the right to change the amount or details of the prize if less than 40000 votes are received before 31/12/08.

2 Years Free Childcare-Entries

Entries for 2 years Free Childcare will be accepted until 5pm 28/04/08.  Shortlisted candidates will be announced and posted on this site on 12/05/08. Only entries that have been paid for will be considered.  A panel of judges will decide on the final 8 shortlisted candidates. The winner will receive payment for 2 years childcare at the institution or nanny requested on their video entry.  Where the winner has already paid fees for that institution or nanny a cash equivalent will be given(up to 2 years) providing the payments were made after the video entry and upon proof of paid invoices. The Winner will be the candidate with the most votes, at the deadline, which is yet to be announced.  Positive People Present reserve the right to change any any of the deadline dates at any time.  Positive People Present.. also reserve the right to amend prize amounts and details if less than 40000 votes are received by the voting deadline.  Positive People Present.. reserve the right to use entry material from any submitted entries or use on this site for other promotional material. 

Study For Free

Rider and Rider Body Jewellery

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN MEASURING YOUR ORDER We can make barbells and bars shorter but not longer and the labour and postage will be charged if alterations are requested. You can order any size you like when purchasing our unique Platinumbodyjewellery products from any of our showcases. If you know you are an in-between size (i.e. 9mm) please specify by fax or e-mail as we can size the bars to your exact size requirement. If you are unsure about the size you need, it is best you ask your piercer.

How to work out the size needed

The bar length is the distance between the inside of the two beads (or ends).

`X` is the distance to be measured in millimetres.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Please allow 28 days delivery for standard items although we aim to be much quicker. Some special orders may take longer than "standard delivery time"; we will advise you of the estimated delivery time at time of purchasing. Goods will be sent by "Special Delivery Post" in the UK and for your security will only be sent to the cardholder or cheque payer`s address where it will be signed for on receipt. For customers outside the UK, items will be despatched by Federal Express Courier. If you have any reason to believe your package may be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately If you receive a parcel with shortages or faulty goods, please notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order and you will be issued with a returns reference number. We will need to know any relevant information (i.e. date of order, invoice number, customer number etc.) Faulty or damaged goods should be returned in a padded envelope or box. Enclose a note, detailing the reason for the return and quote your returns reference number. Any jewellery should be returned cleaned and sterilized and placed in a plastic bag. Platinumbodyjewellery will not be held liable for any returns to Platinumbodyjewellery which are lost or damaged in transit, so please use "Special Delivery Post" so that the package is fully traceable and insured WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR JEWELLERY OPENING THE BAG COMPLETES SALE All products are delivered in a sterilised, security sealed, tamper proof, transparent packet for viewing. Once you are satisfied, the packet can be opened and the jewellery becomes yours. Wording on the tamper proof bag:-"Breaking seal completes sale."

RETURNS POLICY

Items can only be returned for a full (less postage and packaging charge) money back guarantee if it is a standard item (ie. not made specially to your personal specifications) and is returned within 14 days by "special delivery post" and the bag is still sealed and not tampered with (due to hygiene regulations), or the item is faulty. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AND ENSURE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER CORRECTLY.

IMPORTANT- cancellation notice: under the Consumer protection (Distant Selling) regulations 2000 you have the statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you and made specially to your own specifications. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase. PLEASE NOTE, IN THE INTERESTS OF HYGIENE THE GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL STERILE TAMPER PROOF BAG UNOPENED; IF IT HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH THEN THE SALE IS COMPLETED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
